On the 30th of November SUSU will hold the sixth Interregional Youth Festival of Culinary Arts.
The participants of Festival are the pupils (9-11 form), students of specialized schools and colleges of the Russian Federation and CIS states.
Festival's purposes: - creating the consolitated informational atmosphere which will allow to develop the business contacts between the educational institutions and enterprises of food industry and public catering; - professional orientation of pupils, attraction of talented children and students to the sphere of food production; - detection of knowledge level and level of creative development of students from different educational institutions.
Within the Festival 5 competitional sections will be organized: - section "Culinary Arts and Service-Class"; - section "Confectionary Art"; - section "Art-Class"; - section "Art-Model"; - section "Carving". Each team from the educational institution can comprise one participant in section "Confectionary Art" and from 1 to 3 participants in competitional sections "Culinary Art and Service-Class", "Art-Class", "Art-Model", "Carving".
The works of the competitioners will be estimated by the jury which is comprised of leading specialists of restaurant business, catering and food industry enterprises.
