SUSU Faculty of Economics and Entrepreneurship held the regular round of the annual innovative educational project called "SCHOOL OF UPPER FORMS STUDENTS" which was organized in SUSU camp "Nauka" within three days from the 2nd to 4th of November.
The teams from Chelyabinsk Secondary General Schools No.1, No.15, No.36, No.68, No.94, No.154 and also the teams from Magnitogorsk Municipal Educational Institution of High School No.53, from Emanzhelinsk Municipal State-Owned Educational Institution of Secondary General School No.4 and from Asha Secondary General School No.3 took active part in the project.
In 2009 at the faculty the idea of integration of active and self-motivated young people appeared, integration of those people who are able to generate ideas and find out the irregular solutions within the project "School of Upper Forms Students". So the participants of the project are the students of Chelyabinsk schools and schools of Chelyabinsk Region.
Within the framework of the event there were team competitions in three different nominations: "Current Problem and Creative Approach", "Most Developed Project" and "Best Social Project", also the best school team was determined. Besides the team competitions the students took part in individual competitions where the personal characteristics of the participants and prepared essays were estimated. At the end of competitions 10 best participants were chosen.
In the course of the project there were different trainings to show how to work in the team and develop the personal characteristics of the participants. As the result of the given trainings the teams under the supervision of their trainers managed to work out their own projects which were showen during the projects' presentation.
At the end of the competitions the jury comprised of the representatives of the faculty and business chose the winners in accordance with the presented nominations:
1. As the result of individual competitions, creativity of the participants and team spirit the jury considered the following best school teams:

2nd place - Magnitigorsk High School No.53;
3d place - Chelyabinsk Secondary General School No.36.

The participants of the project not only took part in the individual and team competitions but also became acquainted with their counterparts from different schools of the city and region, they found their friends who were interested in the same things. Each day the participants had some rest and disco in the evening.
The project "SCHOOL OF UPPER FORMS STUDENTS" gave a possibility to all the participants to show and learn themselves, feel confidence and get a great start in choosing the future profession and caree or to organize their own business.
The most important thing is that the participants of the winning teams will get a possibility to claim for state-financed study at SUSU Faculty of Economics and Entrepreneurship during the first semester!
