Role-playing Games Club “Kompas” invites school children

On March 18 the admission to Role-playing Games Club “Kompas” for the school children of Kurchatovsky, Sovetsky, Tsentralny and Metallurgichesky districts of Chelyabinsk starts. 

It is the second year in a row when the profession-oriented courses for 10 grade school children of Chelyabinsk will be organized. The members of the Club should undergo the course of 10 theme-based classes of the following professions: lawyer, programmer, journalist, metallurgist, builder, manager, power engineer, politician, marketing expert and engineer in the sphere of instrument making. The classes will be held 3 times a week from 17:00 to 19:30 within the time period of April 1-26 on the basis of South Ural State University.

Within the framework of the project the school children will get acquainted with the fundamentals of above mentioned professions in the format of role-playing games and also during the excursions they will see how their elder colleagues work. 

The project is realized with the assistance of Education Affairs Department of the city, Youth Chamber of Chelyabinsk City Duma and South Ural State University.

For the school children of Kalininsky, Traktorozavodskoy and Leninsky districts of Chelyabinsk the analogous course has been successfully finished within the period of February 11 — March 7.
