Associate Professor of the Institute of Natural Sciences Spoke at the International Conference in Italy

The head of the Department of Applied Mathematics and Programming of the SUSU Institute of Natural Sciences, Doctor of Science in Mathematics and Physics, Associate Professor Alena Zamyshlyaeva has taken part in the International Conference on Partial Differential Equations and Applications, which was held in Bologna (Italy). She delivered a report on Sobolev type equations of higher order and applications.

The goal of this event is to give an insight into the latest significant results of the theory of differential equations and their applications and stimulate the interdisciplinary discussion and a review of scientific achievements.

Traditionally, a limited number of scientists participate in the conference and only on personal invitations. This year there have been 40 invited presenters, including such prominent scholars as Prof. A. Favini (Italy), Prof. J. Goldstein (USA), Prof. L. Lorenzi (Italy), Prof. G. Da Prato (Italy), Prof. A. Yagi (Japan), Prof. S. Romanelli (Italy), and Prof. L. Pandolfi (Italy).

The participation of Zamyshlyaeva in the conference indicates not only a high level of her research results, but also the recognition of achievements of the Chelyabinsk scientific school on Sobolev type equations by the international community.
