On February 8, a team of historians from the Institute of Social Science and Humanities won an intellectual duel at Science Festival 2018, held on the occasion of the Day of Russian Science. Science Festival 2018 was held at the South Ural Institute of Management and Economics with support from “Prodvizheniye” Institute of Social Innovations of Youth ChROO and ER-Telecom Holding AO.
The team included Makar Litvin, Tatiana Smakova, Zhanna Utispayeva, Galina Prosvirnina, Stanislav Dmitriev, Anastasia Ugryumova, Daniil Chernysh, Olga Krivosheeva, and Ivan Karimov.
The team attended workshops and training sessions dedicated to project work, creativity in science, and management skills in research activity. The historians showed the best results in the final festival contest, the Science Quiz intellectual dual, and won this round of competition.
