The plot revolves around ordinary people who have their weaknesses and doubts, and their thoughts turn selfish sometimes. These people are not happy, but they strive for happiness; unfortunately, their chase is just jogging in place.

The Libertine tells about the French philosopher Denis Diderot who has to finish his article on morality for the Encyclopedia but is extremely pressed for time. All his attempts are in vain, as Diderot is continuously distracted by appearing women. He cannot resist them and is fascinated by the beautiful creatures. But what about the article? Oh, finishing it will be quite a challenge!
