Institute of Law Held an International Conference

A large-scale international scientific and practical conference devoted to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the 75th anniversary of South Ural State University took place at South Ural State University. Institute of Law of SUSU organized the conference.

The discussion forum on the topic “The Impact of Constitutional Rights and Freedoms of a Man and a Citizen on the Russian Law Sector” became a venue for a constitutional dialogue of representatives of legislative, executive and judicial authorities of the Chelyabinsk Region, law enforcement and law enforcement officials, representatives of the expert community, well-known scientists from more than twenty regions of the Russian Federation and foreign countries.

  • Mikhail Semyakin − Chief Researcher of the Office of Scientific Research and International Cooperation, Doctor of Sciences (Law), Professor of Department of Civil Law, the Ural State Law University with a report “The Constitutional Principle of Proportionality in the Context of the Methodology of Understanding the Concept of Balancing Private and Public Rights and Legal Interests”;
  • Anna Kudryavtseva − Judge of the Stavropol Regional Court, Chairman of the Judicial Division in Criminal Cases of the Stavropol Regional Court, Professor of Department of Department of Criminal Procedures, Criminal Science and Forensic Enquiry of SUSU (NRU), Doctor of Sciences (Law), Professor with a report “The Motivation of Court Decisions as a Manifestation of the Fairness of the Trial”;
  • Anna Dmitrieva – Professor of Department of Criminal and Penal Law, Criminology of SUSU (NRU), Doctor of Sciences (Law), Associate Professor with a report “The Constitution of the Russian Federation as the Basis of the Legal Regulation of Terrorism Counterwork”;

  • Sergey Solovyev – Professor of Department of the Theory of Government and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law of SUSU (NRU), Chairman of the Miass Branch of the Russian Lawyers Association, Member of the Expert Council of the Committee on Federal Structure and Local Self-Government Issues of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Sciences (Law), Professor with a report “To the Question of the Potential of the Legal Construction of a “Municipal Filter” for the Development of the Russian Local Self-Government”.
