Training of Sport Reserve: SUSU Scientists Took Part in Writing a Book

At the end of 2018, a book entitled “The system of sport reserve training: age peculiarities of efficient adaptation and maintenance of teenagers’ health” was published. This is a result of joint efforts scientists from South Ural State University (National Research University), Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sport and Health, Tyumen State University and Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.

Training of sport reserve solves problems on determining sports and prospects of young athletes for their further recruiting to representative teams. Contemporary sport has become not only the priority for a person’s development encouragement in a civilized society but also the subject of studying reserves, exceptional abilities, intellect, organization, and determination of professional hierarchy’s ranks. This concerns both athletes and the people who regulate the process of sport reserve’s training. It is necessary to search for new technologies of the training system, which would be adequate to functional condition.
