“Media Professionals of the Future Are Trained at SUSU” – Practical Training Day Held at the ISSH Department of Journalism and Mass Communication

The traditional Practical Training Day for students of the Journalism and Advertising and Public Relations degree programmes was held at ISSH Department of Journalism and Mass Communication. This year, future journalists and specialists in advertising and public relations completed their Practical Trainings abroad, in the Czech Republic, and in 22 cities across Russia, including Moscow, Sochi, Chelyabinsk, Snezhinsk, Magnitogorsk, Krasnoturinsk, Krasnoufimsk, Mezhgorye, Asha, and other cities.

Centre for International Education Announces Admissions for Exchange Programmes

SUSU’s Centre for International Education invites students to take part in exchange programmes. Students will get a chance to spend spring semester in a partner university while studying there for free; upon return to SUSU, credits for the disciplines that were completed at a partner university get transferred.

Polytechnic Hockey Team Started the New Season with Victories

This past weekend, October 27th and 28th, the new season of Student Hockey League 2018-2019 started. SUSU’s hockey team called Polytechnic opened the season with two victories over the Novosibirsk’s Urozhay.

The matches were held in Chelyabinsk in Yunost Sport Palace. From the first minutes, the host team started active game in the rival’s zone, and by the end of the second period, the score was 4:1, and by conclusion of the match, the South Ural’s team increased the number of roll-ins up to 11. The final score was 11:2.

On October 12th the Centre of Development of Legal Clinics jointly with the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University held the 9th All-Russian Conference of Legal Clinics on the Legal Aid that Anyone Could Afford, as well as an international forum on the Interactive Methods of Teaching Law Students.

Establishment of digital economics and switching to Industry 4.0 is the strategy goal of Russia. Improvement of traffic infrastructure plays a very important role in this process. Scientists-Lawyers of SUSU Completed an Interdisciplinary Research Project

A team of 45 scientists, formed at South Ural State University, completed an interdisciplinary research project. The result of two-years-long work is a 400-page-thick monograph entitled “Private Law Principles” published by the largest Russian publishing house called Prospekt.
