75th Anniversary of SUSU: from Chelyabinsk Mechanical Engineering Institute to a University of Digital Transformations

In 2018 South Ural State University celebrates its 75th Anniversary.

The history of SUSU comprises the stages of formation and dynamic development which are closely tied to the history of Russia. From an institute consisting of only two faculties the educational institution has grown into a major national research university recognised not only in Russia, but abroad as well.
