The designed Coriolis flowmeter enables to measure crude oil flow under preliminary separation conditions and can be used for automatic measuring stations of the leading Russian manufacturers. The developed Coriolis flowmeter:

  • measures liquefied gas rate;
  • monitors gas condensate rate;
  • measures volume, density and temperature of gas-liquid mixtures;

The designed flowmeter features an innovative algorithm of coil signal processing and improved flow tube, and allows to reduce zero shift in a Coriolis flowmeter caused by its mechanical support.

Results

  • Reduction of manufacturing costs of automatic metering stations due to optimised separation process requirements; possibility of non-separation method when using Coriolis flowmeter resistant to entrained gas;
  • Reduction of pressure drops;
  • Reduction of operating costs and increase in self-validation;
  • Maintenance of measurement accuracy of Coriolis mass flowmeter under changing rigidity of connection to the tube;
  • Import substitution.
