The SUSU Institute of Sport, Tourism, and Service is holding the 1st International Conference in Innovations in Sport, Tourism, and Education icISTaS-2016. The conference is held with support from the Chelyabinsk Region Ministry of Physical Culture and Sport and the Ministry of Education and Science. The head of the organizational committee is ISTaS Vadim Erlikh, doctor of biological science, professor.
Representatives from Russia, Kazakhstan, Iraq, and Ukraine will be participating in the conference. During the conference, specialists will be discussing current issues and questions in international sport and tourism, exchange ideas and experience in scientific, educational, and project work, and determine the directions, paths, and approaches for future development of research and educational work in the areas of physical culture, sport, and tourism.
The main speakers of the conference are:
- Ivan Sivokhin, honored coach of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, head of the Educational and Research Center at Kostanay State Pedagogical University.
- Eduard Abramov, candidate of biological sciences, associate professor, secretary of the Russian Ministry of Sport's Group of Experimental and Innovative Activities in Physical Culture and Sport, the Federal Center for Training Sport Reserves in Moscow.
- Aleksandr Isaev, honored researcher of the Russian Federation, doctor of biological sciences, professor, director of the SUSU ISTaS Center of Sport Science, will be one of the moderators of the discussion club;
- Evgeny Cherepov, doctor of pedagogical sciences, associate professor, head of the SUSU Department of Physical Education and Health;
- Tulegen Bogatariev, doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, professor of the Aktobe Regional State University, Kazakhstan ;
- Kukh Abdul Rahman Ahmed Mosa - Diyala University (Iraq) Olympic weightlifting teacher, SUSU postgraduate student.
A lecture about issues, plenary meeting, and a discussion club on the topic of Sport and Systems of Sport Preparation will be held December 8th.
Leaders and specialists of the Chelyabinsk Region Ministry of Physical Culture and Sport, the Chelyabinsk Administration's Office of Physical Culture, Sport, and Tourism, university professors, sport coaches, postgraduate students, and representatives of the sport industry, researchers, and inventors are invited to participate.
A lecture about issues, plenary meeting, and a discussion club on the topic of Physical Education and Health will be held December 9th.
Leaders and specialists of the Chelyabinsk Region Ministry of Education and Science, the Chelyabinsk Committee of Educational Affairs, physical culture department and university professors, physical education teachers, pedagogues in continuing education, postgraduate students, and students of universities in related areas of education.
