SUSU Young Leader School Holds a Travelling Workshop for the Students of Kyshtym

Lecturers of the SUSU Young Leader School visited the Kyshtym Branch of South Ural State College with a two-day master-class for students of the city of Kyshtym.

“The Young Leader School is a unique and most big-scale project of South Ural State University training thousands of students every year. The course comprises lectures and practical work, and proper teaching of this course may indeed transform thoughts of students and spark their interest once and for all,” notes Natalia Lapshina, lecturer of the Young Leader School.

The Young Leader School consists of 5 levels under general name of “5Д”. Also, for the top 100 students a bonus level “Act” is offered.

In Kyshtym the lecturers presented a brief digest of the main lectures of the project, which include Rules of Etiquette, Team Building, Time Management, Development of Lead Skills, and others.

“I’m very happy that I took the course of the Young Leader School. The lecturers were great. Wonderful and positive-minded girls who were open and completely devoted to the project, I could see that and feel that right away. I’d like to thank the guys for interesting quests and games aimed at team building. Pity, we couldn’t make it in time at some moments, but we were determined to go all the way to the end,” shares her impressions Daria Zaitseva, student of South Ural State College.
