SUSU’s Institute of Supplementary Education (ISE) launched a programme for leading specialists of the Chelyabinsk Tube-Rolling Plant (ChTPZ) entitled “Statistical methods of information processing and their application in product quality systems”.
21 specialists are to take part in the training. Attendees of the programme will study specificities of application of statistical methods in metallurgical industry, master the technique of working with SPSS software for statistical data analysis. Also, they will consider specificities of applying the system of control methods and quality analysis in metallurgical industry.
The Institute of Supplementary Education pays special attention to developmet and promotion of supplementary education programmes for specialists majoring in engineering and technology, as these study areas are the most relevant for our region with its developed heavy industry.
