Emerson Corporation and School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science Invite the SUSU Students to Take the Advanced Training Course

Classes on the course of Automation of the Technological Process Control, conducted by Metran Company, will start from February 25. The classes will take place twice a week, on Tuesday and Thursday, in the evenings (17:05 – 18:40), in room 434/3b. Anyone wishing to take this course and receive a certificate of advanced training, it is necessary to fill in the application and bring it to the Office of Director of School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science (room 429/3b) until February 25.

The presentation of a new advanced training course on Automation of the Technological Process Control developed by the leading specialists of METRAN will take place on February 20 at 13:10 in room 434/3b. Students of the last years of study (starting from the third year of study) wishing to master this programme are invited.

In the frames of the presentation, it is possible to find out all the information of one’s interest as well as become the programme participant.

Graduates of the programme will train in practice:

  • methods of collecting, preparing and analyzing source information for the development of automated process control systems;
  • development of software for automated process control systems, implemented at a modern technical level, in accordance with a set of technical means, defined by a technical task.

The programme will be held on the basis of EmersonPlantWeb, a unique laboratory, deployed in the framework of School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science of SUSU.

The programme participants will not only study modern approaches to the automation of modern industrial enterprises but also apply this knowledge in practice while carrying out a graduation project.

Participation in the programme for the SUSU students is free. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a certificate of advanced training.

Everyone who wishes to take the course it is necessary to fill in the application form and bring it to the Office of Director of School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science (room 429/3b) until February 25, 2019.
