SUSU Rector’s Congratulations on the University’s Being Included in THE Ranking

Dear members of the academic and administrative staff, postgraduates, and students!

Please accept my sincere congratulations on the occasion of South Ural State University’s being included in the 2020 Times Higher Education global international ranking! Our standing is in the 1001+ group of places!

This is a big achievement for SUSU. We have been working hard to reach this ambitious goal for more than three years. Times Higher Education is one of the three most reputable world university rankings. It includes universities, which conduct active research studies in all the fields of activities. To compile this ranking, 13 main performance indicators are used with regards to five aspects: teaching, research, citations, international interaction, and production activity income. And now we can be proud of the fact that SUSU has good standings in two global world rankings: QS World University Ranking and Times Higher Education World University Ranking-2020.

Dear friends, this important event is the achievement made possible thanks to our joint efforts! I thank everyone for your contribution into our university’s development! Our international activity, scientific research studies, and publication activity allow us to take higher and higher positions in the world’s educational community. By constantly raising the bar for ourselves, we are creating an advanced system of education, thanks to which SUSU is successfully competing with the world’s leading universities. I feel confident that the collaboration, which we have started with Times Higher Education, will continue, and we will keep strengthening our standing in this ranking.
