Information for International Students Currently Unable to Enter Russia

Due to a number of requests, we would like to inform all international students (unable to enter the territory of the Russian Federation due to the restrictions caused by the coronavirus pandemic) and their parents that the educational process will be organized with the use of distance learning technologies up until their arrival to Russia.

The classes for the Russian-language educational programmes began on September 1. Students of English-language educational programmes will begin their studies on September 21. The schedule and other details are available in the students’/postgraduate students’ personal accounts.

For freshmen, the login and password to enter the personal account are sent via their e-mails indicated during the registration at the university.

If you have any questions regarding all the aspects of the educational process, please, contact the Dean’s Office/ Academic Office of the Institute/ School you are studying in.

For your distance learning process to go smoothly, you need to follow a few simple steps.

Check Access to Your Student’s/Postgraduate Student’s Personal Account

The schedule is available via your personal account, so make sure you can enter it. In order to enter, use the login and password issued to you at the place of study upon enrolling. Do not use the login of your applicant’s personal account, which is given temporarily during the Admissions Campaign, to enter the student’s/postgraduate student’s personal account. Do not forget to log into your personal account regularly.

If you are unable to log into your student’s/postgraduate student’s personal account, please contact our technical support stud.univeris[at]susu[dot]ru

Check E-mail Access

Messages from academics, Dean's Office/ Academic Office will also be sent to the e-mail indicated. Do not forget to check the Spam folder.

The entrance to the territory of the Russian Federation is possible only provided a corresponding normative act by the Government of the Russian Federation is officially published. The university will prepare your invitation for entry and inform you on the arrival schedule.

International students, upon arriving on the territory of the Russian Federation from abroad, are allowed to resume their educational process after 14 days of self-isolation (from the date of their entry into the Russian Federation), with a test for COVID-19 taken on day 10-12.
If a student lives in a dormitory, then his/her self-isolation will take place in the observation facility of the SUSU Campus. Accommodation and catering are organized at the expense of the international student undergoing the self-isolation.

Most importantly, take care of your health and the health of the people around you! We wish academic success to all the students in the 2020/2021 academic year!
