On March 14 in Performance Hall of South Ural State University the third session of third stage "My Future is in My Hands" will be held.
The school children from five districts of Chelyabinsk region (Chebarkulsky, Krasnoarmeysky, Argayashsky, Kunashaksky and Etkulsky) will undergo the training to develop their skills of personal objectives determination, time control and self-motivation.
The initiator of this project is Ruslan Gattarov, Senator of Chelyabinsk region. The project ideology is very simple: my future is in my hands, in fact, here we are talking about the training of skilled personnel for South Urals. For now only five areas are involved in this program. The organizers carry out some quiz among the senior school children selecting the more talented children who in the future participate in the seminars and business trainings. The trainings form the personal advancement, skills to present yourself and leader's trait of character. It is quite notable that among the teachers there are not only theoreticians but also the successful politicians and businessmen.
