Senior Pupils from Nizhnevartovsk Received Training at the Smart School of SUSU Branch

The Smart School of South Ural State University started functioning in the SUSU branch in the city of Nizhnevartovsk.

The goals of organizing the school were to introduce senior pupils to the branch of SUSU, give opportunity to feel like a student, and provide enhanced training for the Unified State Examination. The task of the school was to attract applicants to study in the branch.

Classes were free and held in the following disciplines: mathematics, social studies, computer science, physics, economics, law, and English. The classes were conducted by teachers with academic degrees. The school worked for six days. Throughout the week, an atmosphere of mutual respect reigned there, which brought dozens of students and teachers together as one big family.

"The first practice in organizing the Smart School yielded positive results as evidenced by the fact that the school's attendees posted their feedback on Instagram and VKontakte with words of gratitude and admiration. In the questionnaire, which was distributed on the last day of study, senior schoolchildren rated schooling as "excellent". Of course, we plan to continue the work of the school and will keep in touch with our attendees," says Galina Egorova, Deputy Director of the Institute in Nizhnevartovsk.

All attendees received certificates and gifts. The final chord was the performance by the MIAU (Meow) studio theatre based on the book Scarlet Sails by Alexander Grin.
