Stay at Home, Stay in Shape: the Institute of Sport Offers Online Training

The Institute of Sport, Tourism, and Service of South Ural State University is offering online physical education lessons. The lessons are open to anyone who is interested in joining.

Coach of the Institute of Sport, Tourism and Service’s sports complex Viktoriya Kamenskaya-Zakharenko continues to offer online training. This time, the athlete showed a rhythmic, dance-like workout aimed at working every muscle.

“This workout can be categorized as ‘I don’t want to workout, I want to dance!’ Simple dance moves to various rhythms will wake you up in the morning (you can use this workout to replace your morning warm-up), or they will distract you from your worries and responsibilities in the evening. Listen to music and move to your own enjoyment!” encouraged Viktoriya.

The young lady also noted that a coach is someone you trust, thanks to whom you are temporarily distracted from your household issues and responsibilities. She believes that workout out has become even easier today. After all, when you’re staying home, you can try new workouts with different coaches each day.
